A 154 square meter, 3-area, fourth floor apartment with a stability space, 14 square meter balcony, 13 square meter storage room, elevator and two parking areas in the Blue Undertaking overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, health and fitness space and tennis court in the setting up was bought for NIS 6.4 million.

Petah Tikva: A 115 sq. meter, five-home apartment with a 10 square meter sunshine balcony, elevator and parking on Sander Street was bought for NIS 1.97 million (RE-MAX – Supreme).

Rishon Lezion: A 75 square meter, 2.5-space, next flooring condominium with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Road in the Remez community was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 sq. meter, five-room, sixth floor condominium with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Avenue was offered for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 sq. meter, 7 place household with a 49 square meter basement on a 320 square meter great deal with two parking spaces on Yamit Avenue in the Neve Dekalim community in the west of the metropolis was marketed for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, 4-space, next flooring apartment with an 8 sq. meter sun balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 107 sq. meter, four space, 2nd ground apartment on Hakerem Street was bought for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
