JTLV3 buys Mandarin Hotel land in Tel Aviv
JTLV3 Fund, headed by Amir Biram, Ariel Rotter and Shlomo Gutman has not long ago obtained the car park and professional land adjacent to the Mandarin Resort in north Tel Aviv for NIS 190 million plus VAT, a supply near to the offer has educated “Globes.” The land is zoned for the design of accommodations and commercial space.
